This book is about a girl called Kate Anstrom who is a gymnastic since she was ten years old. Her dream is to win the championship but to do it she needs to pass into different difficult things and challenges that will make Kate being doubtful about it. Finally, she can pass all of them and achieve their goal of going to the olympic games. She gets the first position and wins the gold medal.
